Baltimore post-hardcore band Pianos Become the Teeth completed their first headlining tour at Altar Bar last night. The band newest album, Keep You, was released in 2014, which features a less aggressive sound than previous releases. The album can be streamed here.
San Francisco hardcore band Loma Prieta joined the band on tour, relentlessly delivering a heavier sound throughout their set. Check out their 2012 release, entitled Last City, here.
They were also joined by New Jersey five-piece gates, who filled the room with a memorable experimental rock sound. Their newest album, Bloom & Breathe, can (and should) be listened to here.
